Rainbow Neon Zebra

I thought this design was awesome and a bit reminiscent of the rainbow zebra gum they used to have when I was a tike lol.

But I thought it was pretty either way. I would have never guessed the Artist, who is also the same one who created the Leebra Design, did this strictly with nail polish and a guess a fine paint brush. For the fancy stuff I break out the nail art lol. Not saying I couldn't do it, it just seems so out of the way and more to do. Also I'm a lazy Taurus so I'll also find the quickest way to get around the issue too lol.
