Work Out Week | Day 5

I decided to save this one for last, because not only does it help the lower belly problem, but that planking at the end was a bit much and no one should be planking when they haven't got it all there just yet.....you know?? Imagine a beached whale trying to plank...that's exactly what I would look like a beached whale smh.
