This Is Why I Hate Driving

I don't know maybe its where I live, but there's always an issue when it comes to driving. Look at the picture. There are 3 different lanes and ones causing a traffic jam for opposing traffic.

The sad part is those that have blinking light atop their vehicle they use them to get ahead of you in traffic. Not even the traffic lights and signs help.
