I Still Love You, No Matter What—Unfortunately

In my case, I just hate the way things turned out.
Call It Timing, call it a battle I never got a say in.
Either way I love him and Can't shake the feeling,
even though I know I'm selling myself short...
Would you believe if I say, that today is His Birthday??
